As your HOA Consultant I can help you maintain your HOA. When I took over my HOA as president with 152 members, it was totally dysfunctional. There was a fine looming over us from the city, homeowners who had not paid their dues, and numerous outside storage violations to name a few. During my 13 year term I provided guidance, organization, and administrative techniques to run a very organized and compliant HOA.
